I first met Bonnie when she brought her two-year-old son Leland over for a playdate/birth photography meeting. Leland hit it off with Tristan and while they got soaking wet playing in the water table on our deck, Bonnie and I talked about birth and photography and parenting. I liked her immediately and was so excited when at the end of the meeting she booked me for her November home birth.
We had to push back her maternity session a few weeks due to weather and travel and sickness, but I think it’s fair to say that it was worth it for the beautiful fall weather and golden light. I can’t wait to meet this sweet baby girl any day now – she is sure to be as beautiful as her mama, and if these photos are any indication, that’s saying something!
